My order was not submitted even that was paid for, I have health issues I almost passed out asked where is the order was placed 40mins earlier. Still didn't not speed order thanks for other customers offering me some from their meal.
Again 30th September my husband ordered in person, when he got home the large chips was missing.
They don't provide restaurants phone numbers for direct calls or answer online chat messages.
I don't understand why they don't have live chats for missed orders and neglect to answer any complaint from customers at time in need.
Customer service is lacking bad by NANDO company.

The restaurant is spacious with plenty of parking, which makes it very convenient. Customer service was average—staff could be a bit more engaging to enhance the overall experience. As for the food, it was a mixed bag: the first serving of chicken was juicy and flavorful, but the second one turned out quite dry. Everything else was great, but there’s definitely room for improvement in consistency and service engagement.

I visit this place for years but at the moment it’s at their lowest quality, the food was almost unbeatable and we try return paella and the lady said it’s normal and didn’t want to argue and asked for a classic burger but the chicken was like robber and couldn’t eat, it was a very high quality place but unfortunately it’s no anymore.
Please try to provide a high quality food to people, no joke with people health

Popped in last night after my son’s soccer training. Haven’t been to a fast food venue for a long time, such a great staff member I think her name was Alina? Best customer service I’ve received since 2020!
