I was at the self checkout today about 20:30 hrs when I saw a young male employee wiping the floor with a duster and pushing the rubbish under the checkout machines- I just joke about it but what I SAW after it made me feel so irritated and upset- HE WAS DUSTING THE SCALE PART OF THE CHECKOUT MACHINE -Where you scan your food 🙈😡😮☹️🙈🙈-
He tried to justified and said that later they will wipe the surface with a cleaning wipe. I said to him that what he did is a NO NO.
How many times I may have contaminated my food with dirt from the floor at this store?
I spoke with Sarah the manager regarding the above and she encouraged me to put this review. Also said what he did is not as per policy- of course not but yes out of supervision.
Next time I will demand to have cleaning wipes at the self checkout so I can clean the surface myself- can not trust now.

Quiet with not many people, large car park with plenty of spaces.

I was incorrectly charged SIX times more for one item I purchased at this store. Luckily I checked my invoice this time, as the total was ridiculously large. I went back to customer service. With no apologising altitude, the staff was reluctant to service even it was not a busy time at the time. The Asian lady at the help desk was very rude. No basic hospitality sense at all.

Conveniently located with ample parking, but a lot of items that are available at parkmore shopping centre is not available. Further the tend to replenish stock at peek times and there is no room to move with a trolly. I went in today at 5.30 pm and was unable to get past all the stock that was placed in the middle of the aisles .

Good location for easy access off Greens Rd. Heaps of car parking as well as disabled spots.
Its quite a large super market and has alot of stock. Butcher, bakery, seafood and vegetables.
There is a self checkout and a express lane.
Part of a bigger complex that has a chemist, BWS Liquor store, Tattslotto and other convenience stores. has a few takeaway food places as well.
There is also a service station and a McDonalds store on the site.
