First time went there, food was really good. However, it’s take away shop only, they don’t have any disposable plates etc either. Good to buy and eat at home or in your car.

Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Pakistani-style chicken patties — perfectly spiced, flaky, and layered to perfection. The patties are truly to die for! Also loved the crispy spring rolls and fresh, flavorful biscuits. It’s a takeaway spot, but the quality rivals any full-service bakery.

I've had the best experience here with both the service and food! Their promptness in having orders ready is impressive. The chicken patties are an absolute blast – a must-try! Their cakes and biscuits are also irresistibly delicious. Whether you're craving a morning brunch or an evening snack, this place is a top-notch choice. Highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!

My experience with Alamdar Bakery was extremely disappointing. The service was poor from start to finish, with staff showing little professionalism or concern for customers. There was a noticeable lack of attention, and requests were handled carelessly. For a well-known bakery, the level of service was far below expectations. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I would hesitate to recommend Alamdar Bakery based on the quality of service alone. I ordered a cake over the phone and was on my way to the bakery when I was told it would be ready in five minutes. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn’t even ready. Considering that I had given them three hours’ notice and they still couldn’t have my order prepared on time, the experience was extremely disappointing.

An All Halal Bakery - Hidden Gem in Dandenong! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alamdar Bakery is truly one of Dandenong’s best-kept secrets! Its not on the main so practically a hidden gem. We picked up a delightful selection of cake slices and mince pasties, and every single item was an absolute treat. The cakes were incredibly moist, rich in flavor, and just melted in the mouth — pure yumminess in every bite! We tried the pistachio, coffee, black forest, and strawberry cake slices — each one more delicious than the last. The mince pasties were flaky, savory, and packed with flavor. I only wish I had discovered this bakery earlier. Thanks to my friend who recommended it after i had tried the bakery's pineapple cake at her event. Im forever indebted to her now. This bakery is officially my go-to spot now. Alamdar Bakery, you’ve got me hooked! Highly recommended to anyone who loves all Halal, fresh, flavorful, and top-quality baked goods (sweet n savoury both). Don't miss it! 🥐🍰🧁 Oh and to specifically mention the staff who are all lovely, hospitable Afghan girls with super excellent customer service. I guess its a family run business and they're doing as good as any leading brand. More prayers for their prosperity and success. Ameen! ALERT: Do go there early in the day. We went late in the evening and stock was almost all gone yet there was a queue of people.
