1 star 9:30 pm I was asked to prepay over the loud speaker. I hung up the nozzle and shopped elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this BP station in Dandenong South. I used Pump 9, and when I inserted the nozzle and pressed the lever, no fuel came out—just air and a strange noise from the machine. Despite that, the pump had already charged me before any fuel was dispensed. After stopping and restarting a couple of times, fuel finally came through and the staff didn’t seem helpful when i told them. This raises serious concerns about pump maintenance and honesty. I won’t be returning unless this is addressed properly. Customers deserve to be charged fairly, especially during times when fuel prices are already high.

I've been a regular customer at this BP station, getting my coffee here every morning for the past two years. The staff usually know me, so I was shocked by the rude service I experienced today. I accidentally selected a strong latte but stopped the machine immediately—no coffee even came out. I then selected my usual, a regular latte. However, the cashier (working the night/early morning shift) demanded an extra $2 with an angry and loud tone, saying, '4 dollars, mate, you pressed it twice!' He was rude, raised his voice, and showed a terrible attitude. He wouldn’t even listen to me and turned his face away as I tried to explain. To avoid escalating the situation, I paid the extra $2 just to end the confrontation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. BP should really address customer service standards at this location. Other stations around provide much better service without this kind of disrespectful attitude.

Very Rude old man with glasses every morning I fuel and grab a coffee but he is very rude and angry all the times ... I request that he is not fit for this job in the morning with that attitude. Passing negative vibes and this is not customer service.
