I ordered on the GYG app for dinner tonight, my partner and I order two chicken bundle meals. And unfortunately I received a burrito that was made wrong.
I added modifications to my chicken burrito and I didn't receive the chipotle mayo and instead of spicy sauce it was Smokey chipotle. So I am assuming the line crew might've made a mistake with the spicy sauce and chipotle mayo.
Just thought to share this review so there is no more further complaints and so there can be some more communication. I will still go back to GYG as I love the food and do really enjoy it, and normally when I go to GYG they never forget anything in my order.

Pretty sure I ordered grilled chicken bowl not burnt to crisp, hard as rock chicken bowl.
Ive had chicken from here that was a little burnt before but this chicken was left on the stove and forgot about it for 30 minutes type of burnt.
It seems the new staff here have a lower level of food standard unlike the old staff.

Very disappointing experience at Guzman. Ordered a Caesar salad and the staff claimed the portion was 100g — definitely not! It was way less. I also asked for spicy, but it wasn’t spicy at all.
Ordered coffee as well, waited for 15 minutes, and when my wife went inside to ask, they had completely forgotten to make it. When they finally gave it, the coffee was cold.
This is actually my second review because I thought ordering from the drive-thru instead of the app would fix the issue — but again, same poor service and careless staff. Honestly feels like paying for nothing.

Worst GYG experience ever! Ordered spicy chicken nachos — got a sad, tiny portion with hardly any chicken. Taste? Completely bland. Heat? Non-existent Zero presentation .My place is only 5 minutes away, yet it arrived stone cold. I usually love this meal from other GYG stores, but Tarneit really dropped the ball. Never ordering from here again.
