I’m not one to ever leave negative reviews but I just had to share this because I’m so let down. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru for this drink which I added cold foam to (at an extra cost). My drink came looking like this…the cold foam is practically non-existent and what’s left of it was extremely curdled. I made a comment at the window that it looks a little lumpy, and the worker just giggled and said thanks have a good day. To be fair I don’t think she understood what I said, but I didn’t want to be a pain and complain further to have it remade as I was conscious of how much time I already spent waiting. Was so excited for this Starbucks to reopen but each time I’ve visited, the service just hasn’t been the same as it used to :(

I like plain croissant from Starbucks a lot. Whenever I go to this branch and order drive through, I request that to be toasted a little bit as it becomes hard to bite when I arrive back home if it was toasted for long.
They messed up my order not once, it’s now over 3 times. Whenever I go, I requested to just warm up.
For the last time right now, I can even get the burnt smell.
I just went there again today and I requested again and again also not to toast it long, but I still got a burnt one.

Slowest drive through in existence. What is the point of a drive through when it takes 20-30+ minutes to get through it?? It cannot possibly take that long to make some drinks. The other Starbucks are not this bad.
Half the time you finally get your drink and it doesn't taste as it should. Good luck going back through the drive through to have that rectified...

Over 20 mins wait for an app order that says 4-8 mins is insane. All for two drinks that were supposed to have coffee in them and didn’t. Not even worth the effort of walking back in and I don’t plan to for the foreseeable future. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Tarneit and you’ll probably have the correct drink and in less total time
