I had such a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff were so kind and genuinely nice, which made such a difference. My drink was made perfectly and honestly tasted so good, it really made my day better. They even wrote ‘thank you’ with a smiley face on my cup, which was such a thoughtful touch. Little things like that mean a lot. Amazing service!

Shit coffee. Starbucks lost their way - they dont know how to coffee. Local cafes are far better. Their coffee is for toddlers, bloody taste like milk and looks like milk. This happened 3rd and last time for me. Starbucks - you are dead to me, will never ever come back

the employees at this store are awesome. but theres a couple specifically i want to shout out and give kudos to. I dont know them by name, but there's an african lady and a little happy lady (no disrespect or anything like that meant here) that always make my day when going here for my daily starbucks coffee. im a "regular" enough regular that they always know what im going to order before I finish, and I love it ❤️🙏

I'm still grinning from ear to ear after my fantastic experience at Tarneit Starbucks! The staff were incredibly friendly, and Jason, the barista, really went above and beyond. When my little one accidentally spilled a drink, Jason sprang into action with a big smile 😊 and made us feel at ease. If you're in the area, make sure to swing by Tarneit Starbucks and give Jason a shout-out – he's definitely earned it!

I had a brunch today, served by a young dark skin Asian individual. His demeanour was rather unfriendly. He did not offer a cordial greeting to the customer. The ambience was pleasant, and the coffee was exceptionally delicious. Regarding management, it would be beneficial if you could instil more respect towards your customers.
