The worst HJ I have ever been to. The customer service is the worst and they don't even know what they are making. Asked for a Blue Lagoon, turned out black something twice. No decency about talking to the customers. Also the cleanliness should be fined, bins filled out on the floor. The staff's look like they are being worked forcefully. Either work properly or quit.

I bought onion rings from Hungry Jack’s today, and they seemed like they were cooked a day before. They were cold, dry, and not fresh at all — definitely not what I expected. Really disappointing, especially since I usually enjoy their food. Hope they improve the quality and freshness next time.

Very rude customer service. Tables not clean, I requested to clean 1 table for me the person was just so rude me and my little daughter said thanks after she clean she was not bothered to reply or give a smile to little one. My daughter said thanks like so many times, but the staff did not acknowledge that once.

Chips and onion rings were like they had been sitting out for some time. Only 2 tables in whole restaurant were clean enough to sit at. Restrooms, both ladies and gents, were disgusting. Someone had spit in sink so you couldn't wash your hands. Won't be going back.

Disappointing Experience as a DoorDash Driver – Poor Customer Service
I visited Hungry Jack’s on 5/09/2025 to collect the order. I arrived at 7:04 PM, with the pick-up time scheduled for 7:08 PM on the app. Despite being on time, I didn’t receive the order until 7:35 PM.
One of the staff members a young woman with red braided hair, was extremely rude and dismissive. I repeatedly asked about the order, and she kept telling me it was still being prepared. However, it was very clear that the order was already ready and just sitting there. It felt like she intentionally made me wait for no valid reason.
What made this worse is that a family was waiting on that food at home, and her attitude directly impacted their experience too. Eventually, I had to call out to another staff member, who I believe was the manager, and he handed me the food immediately, proving that it had been ready all along.
There were about three staff members at the front, and not a single one of them greeted customers or wore a smile. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and their customer service was well below standard.
Hungry Jack’s needs to seriously address staff training, especially around professionalism, time management, and respect for delivery drivers who are just trying to do their job. People rely on us to deliver food on time, and experiences like this make that impossible.
I hope this feedback reaches higher management and leads to meaningful changes.
