If you are craving an American cheeseburger then this is the place. Their signature is that they overfill the bag with the fries. Quality trumps over the price. The staff were so friendly and there is plenty of seating inside. I’ve visited Five Guys in 4 countries and it’s still amazing. Highly recommend.

Dropped into Five Guys Southbank for a quick work lunch and was really impressed. I ordered the hamburger and the ingredients were incredibly fresh—everything tasted clean and well-prepared. I didn’t realise it came with two patties, so it was a much more substantial meal than expected (in a good way!). I grabbed a small fries as well, but they fill the bag with extra, so there was easily enough to share. Fast service, great flavour, and I left very satisfied.

I visited a long time ago, and I ordered the vegetarian one, I don't know why, when we were waiting, and picking up my order, they gave extra fries and it's a lot, btw the picture of the fries combined with my friends as well, but still, the extra fries for me it's a lot. My friends told me, maybe because the bun was not beautiful. 😂 However, it's so nice to get some extra fries, and worth it!😍🔥 thank you❤️

Exceeded expectations! Got told how expensive it was and almost didn’t go, BUT we are so freakin glad we went. The burgers were so tasty and fresh. The quality is well worth the $$$ and the burgers were not greasy, were full of flavour, the bun was soft and beautiful! The chips were the perfect amount of salted and tasted like potato. It was unreal!
On top of the food being exceptional, the staff were all fantastic! Working in unison, super friendly, cleaning constantly. I even made a comment to my partner how everything was spotless and as I was saying it a staff member came and was cleaning the bins.
When we were handed the food (which I watched get prepared) the girl had the biggest smile and called the number clearly and handed me my food and in the most genuine voice said Thank you.
We both left blown away at the experience and the quality. Could not be happier and can’t believe we almost didn’t go.
