Let's start with the good. I ate in and the food was lovely and fresh. Service was good by most staff. Missed item in the order but was rectified easily.
The bad. The toilets are abysmal! Not only are the toilet seats not attached or majorly cracked, they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Bins were overflowing first thing in the morning. One seat has a big crack that can pinch someone's skin and cause an injury. Please address this asap!
Mildly bad point is ordering table service and the staff not wanting to do it. Getting frustrated calling out the number. I went to pick up the food and was met with a surly staff member.

50/50 chance they get your order right the first time. 50/50 chance your food will be fresh. 0% chance the ice-cream machine is working. The line for the drive-thru can get very busy around lunch time and be backed right up to the street. Wouldn'nt bother trying the drive-thru between 3am and 5am, they are always shut around that time for a 'system reset' or 'deep cleaning', they have given me different reasons why on different occasions. They should stop advertising as open 24 hours when clearly they are not.

no offense but absolutely revolting, my order took ages. i mean a good 25 minutes, everytime i go it’s always such a long wait even if im first in there or there is no queue. you can tell my food wasnt even fresh by looking or smelling it, employees also could try to look like they half enjoy their job. never again.

Possibly the nations worst McDonalds now and has been on a slippery (pun intended) decline for the past year into a new low.

Always out of paper.
make mistakes on orders constantly. They serve food that looks like floor scrapings, more than once. Not overly consistent, chips cold one visit, fresh the other. Burger cold on fresh chips visit, Burger good on cold chips visit. Kiosks perpetually out of paper. Cocky, male staff *cough* "Team Member" really rude when I took the barely ¼ full chips he served which were clearly dark brown scrapings fron the bottom, asking me "what's wrong with those" and gave me crunchy, broken-up undercooked ones.😒
