Ordered original crispy burgers, got zinger burgers. Burnt my kids mouths. Its not that hard, absolute incompetence, happens all the time because you have the same wrappers for both unlike the old box's which were clearly labelled. I don't know how these stores still operate, zero accountability any more.

Great Feed at Bacchus Marsh KFC
Dropped by the Bacchus Marsh KFC and was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was hot, crispy, and well-seasoned — just how KFC should be. The Zinger Burger was fresh and packed with flavour, and the chips were golden and crunchy.
Staff were friendly and worked quickly, even though it was a busy time. There was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, but the food made up for it. The store was reasonably clean and well-stocked with napkins and condiments.
Overall, a solid experience and one of the better KFC outlets I’ve been to. Would definitely return when passing through again.

Never confident eating at a fast food restaurant where the restaurant & the toilet look like they haven’t been cleaned for over a week. I would have taken a photo in the toilet but trust me when I say it was disgraceful (that should be enough). Nothing on the walls to even suggest the last time it was cleaned. The screens in the restaurant were “all” smeary/greasy, remembering of course when you are ordering… you haven’t touched any chicken yet. All tables were dirty, bins all full, chairs scattered everywhere. Not offered any serviettes (had to ask) by a young lady that clearly wanted to be somewhere else. We’re definately fans of KFC… but won’t be heading back to this one ANY time soon! :(

Consistently mid to low quality compared to other KFC restaurants. Chips 1/2 to 1/3 full max, orders are almost never correct, rarely is anything close to fresh. Pretty much never get any kind of serviette packs.
