pork belly dry & overcooked and no crackle. tasted like it was a couple of days old and reheated.

Disappointing as the food is nomally great. service was great. For the prices charged, the food needs to be much better.

Introduced himself as slug, absolute legend of a book, best bar service iv ever seen and just as good of a bloke, best I’ve seen a while and if done a fair bit of drinking, I’ll be coming back here for sure thanks to this young man. Cant wait to see this bloke again 6/5 stars if I could, could not be happier 🤝

If I could given less than one star I would have. Basically the food was okay but the serves are very large and you can't take away any leftovers. Seniors' meals should be available on Sunday, that would save a lot of waste. My main complaint about this place is the service, especially from an OH&S perspective. Our waitress passed a plate of hot food across myself to the person next to me when she had more than ample access to have gone round the table. I know this is a pub and we are not expecting fine dining but what happened to the very basic rules of service i.e. serve from the right and take from the left.

Ate here a couple of times now, the food has been plentiful, and delicious.
Staff are always professional, and friendly.
We like to sit at the window in the front bar, and watch the World go by.
There is outside seating, different searing options inside, also a Rooftop Bar, not sure when thats open.

Really disappointed with meal today. My elderly father payed for lunch today.
Vegetables cold, too hard to eat. Chips and fish cold.
When i gave quiet feedback, I was given by staff and possibly the manager numerous off handed reasons, from poor processes, to delays etc.. none gave a resolution, no one sought us out to explain, I had to chase a response with very little interest from tjose involved. No one explained why my elderly parents on a pension payed $90 for a meal they couldnt eat.
I hear all the time stay local, Im sorry if this is how locals are treated, Ill go elsewhere. Very disappointed.
