The lady behind the counter was pleasant but very light on with the fillings and didn't spread them out much. I was the only one at the counter at the time too 🤔
Pretty disappointing that even the super cheap stuff (carrot and onion) were sparse.
This was an original chicken fillet with hot salami, tasty cheese, carrot, onion, spinach, jalapenos and pickles with Southwest sauce not toasted for reference.

Today 7th of February 2026 at 12:30pm my daughter went into Kilmore Subway.
My daughter asked for a foot-long tuna sub. The Indian lady who served her ignored her and kept asking, “Which meat do you want?” My daughter again said tuna, and again she asked what meat she wanted, pointing at the chicken, while my daughter was pointing at the tuna.
This happened four times. In the end, my daughter ended up with chicken, as the Indian staff member clearly did not understand tuna.
Manager on shift, please have a talk with your workers and make sure they understand English!
Luckily, I wasn't with her, as I would have asked for the manager.

Disappointed to place an order through the app only to discover that when we turned up 10 minutes after it was meant to be ready that the order was missed and then had to wait for it to be made whilst our other food got cold in the car. Not the usual service we receive when ordering via the app. Two girls working, no one in the store and an order completely missed.

It's always been good quality of food here. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is usually pretty clean. Amazing customer service. Would recommend it to everyone. A very good experience overall.
