We have to get our online orders from here, and every time tgey get it wrong. We dont want onions and we get onions on the burger, we order chips to play it safe and the chips are half empty! There chips are not cheap compared to wgat you get! My grankids miss out every time. They need to have better managers to maje sure this does not happen.

I ordered on the self service and it came up with an error, tried again same thing, I had to get to work asap so I just left, later to find out they still charge me $15:20. Of course they won't answer the phone when I tried calling them 5 times.

Bought fries..COLD & So salty inedible.

Waited 3min To be given "new Box"...they had only topped fresh on top LAYER with Hot fries then returned box BUT left the col salty ones on the bottom .

I have ordered a happy meal with a fries as a side today and it came with no fries. Also I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and the staff who served it was not friendly at all. I have ordered a small sundae as well but she almost forgot that as well and still served with an unacceptable manner. Please Malvern East Mcdonalds ask your staff to be more respectful, polite, and responsible for the service. Quite disappointed about the service. Thanks

It was a bad dining experience, and as an Asian international student I felt discriminated against. They prepaged the ice cream in my set meal but the other meals took too long to make and my ice cream completely melted. I asked for a new one, but the duty manager just gave me another squeeze on top of what had become a milkshake.
