Food was not bad, but the service was really poor. No friendliness from staff, no smile, and unwelcoming attitude from one particular employee who served me. KFC should train their team to provide better customer service. A smile costs nothing but could win a customer. Customer service= 0

Very disappointed with my Wicked Wings order. It’s supposed to come with both parts of the wing, but I only received the drumette pieces. This feels misleading and poor value for money. Definitely not happy with this experience.

The chicken was disgustingly oily and tasted terrible. This was hands down one of the worst meals I’ve had, and I will never return 🤢🤮🤮🤮

I never ever had such a bad KFC experience! The food tasted bad, the portions were small and long waiting time. Most important, the dining environment is so filthy! The staff didn’t clean the tables or the floor, there were scraps of food everywhere. Pigeons were also in the shop flying around and eating scraps. It was very disgusting and hygienic. They will pass diseases on, they shouldn’t be allowed there in the first place, especially for a KFC!
