Lucky you got chips Carmelle!
I took my children in for lunch and their meals were fine. Unfortunately, my chips were missing from the order. When I raised this, I was smirkingly told they were “in the box” — except there was no box provided. When I queried this again with another staff member, I was told to wait five minutes. I waited closer to fifteen, and no one made any attempt to rectify the situation or even check back in.
To be clear, I’m not particularly concerned about the chips themselves. What was disappointing was the dismissive attitude and complete lack of effort to resolve a very simple issue. The interaction felt disrespectful and left a poor impression, particularly in a family setting.

When being charged extra for a large fries, I would really appreciate getting a large, not a small serve of soggy, unseasoned (even after requesting extra seasoning) chips in a large container. The burgers are also swimming in mayo, which I think is standard practice for kfc, so I always ask for none and every time it has come swimming in it. Kew KFC always seems to mess up my order in one way or another and the chippies were the last straw.

Terrible experience in KFCKew earlier tonight… Came In With my 8yr old .our food took its time dueto the short young asian boy with the short hair mucking about in the back having a laugh while us paying customers wait uncomfortably…normal behaviour to be expected in take awaybut tonight the foul language wich upset my boy was just not on… expescially with the kids here And i have witnessed the same behaviour in past from the same young man before in peak hour yelling swearing talking to other teenager boys in the after school hours…completely unprofessional upsetting and offensive..Youre employee must be retrained.. we are taking our business to maccas down the street where staff are experienced and respectful… ONE STAR!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Probably one of the best KFC out there , I rate this KFC and Vermont pretty high. I got a twister combo , this was definitely one of the best twisters I've had , it was filled wasn't poorly made and had heaps of ingredients and fresh cooked strip's, the manager at the time was very polite, great customer service and everything seem like it was well managed ,oh it was very clean restaurant aswell , I didn't catch his name but he was maybe in his mid 30s slick back hair that was combed, well done. I've been here a few times now and it's always been freshly cooked meals and great service. Thanks for the great KFC

*They make it right here. Twister was soft, chicken was crispy, extra sauce was ordered. All correct and my taste buds exploded!

*Being a franchise, it is consistent pricing throughout Australia so obviously 5/5, but because this KFC does it fresh, it's much worth to get it here than elsewhere.
