I had been having issues with the McD app, regarding my bday. I didn’t get any bday alerts or so forth. Emailed HQ twice, no response. So I decided to check this McD branch out with my proof that’s it’s my bday & showing them the McD app. Amelia the manager, turned her head from where she was standing and went, you can only claim it from the app and turned away. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s really upsetting when I’m a frequent with McD. And it wasn’t even busy. Check the photo I uploaded. She as a manager cant even do this in a better manner ..what a good example for the rest of the staff. Meanwhile the younger staff just tiptoed away .. and yes I’m very very upset. 😠

I would like to strongly recommend this restaurant as a very poor management and shameless one. I live in steps distance away from this restaurant, have been there so many times. Again, this morning I ordered three meals for the family and then we heading to the airport. On the way when we opened the take away bag we found out that they missed one burger, so I had to U-turn and back to the restaurant. As the lady after the counter saw me she said here is your burger. I asked her why did not put it in the bag before I left and check before she handled the bag to me? She said I just found out. No apologies no shame and no plite answer. Good on you. It happens several times to me, sometimes missed the chips sometimes the drinks sometimes are burgers. Can you please check before you gave everything packed in your takeaway bags? Can you please feel sorry and do apologize for your clients? Don’t treat your clients like an idiot. I spent money on your food but now I have to spend extra time to drove back and it’s all your fault. If you can train your team properly and take more care of your business. You definitely could be better.

Horrible drive thru experience, ordered a Big Mac meal yet the beef patties are missing, as well as the large fries and the selected sauce that should be included in the Mcwings meal. DO NOT use drive thru in their busy hours.

Check Your Order Before Leaving. Firstly, I was sitting in an empty drive through for 2 mins and only got served after another customer pulled into the next bay, whom they served first. They also squashed my order into a bag that was clearly too small. And when I got home the order was wrong. It's not that hard. I didn't order a bridge or rocket. 6 hash brown and 2 beacon muffins. No wonder they have posters up about not abusing the staff. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

This whole Macca’s needs a scub!! There are order tickets just laying n the floor near the entrance. The toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks and are breeding a new form of typhus! Staff are friendly and food seems fresh, but not sure of the kitchen’s hygiene given the state of the toilets. Only go here if you have literally no other option. Avoid!
