Many a time spent at the Burvale Hotel in my early day, it was great then and is still great now! A revisit for a Xmas day 2025 lunch with my son's family was nothing but exceptional! As a buffet, food (Including Seafood) was plentiful, delightful and never ending, there was a great atmosphere, staff, were happy, courteous and very helpful to say the least! Many a chat with other patrons who was of the same opinion, I will be back next year without a doubt! Thank you to staff & management for a very memorable day Shane Tuck

Generally, Burvale Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The rooms, bathroom and shower are large and comfortable. The managers are cordial, fair and accountable. After a misunderstanding in which I was doubly charged, one chap gifted me some vouchers. Occasionally, other guests do make noise late at night. Just call reception and they will resolve it for you. The Burvale Hotel is close to many shopping centres. I have dined at the pub. The rump steak is a complete and filling meal (though not cheap). The wine servings are generous (even 'small').

We had a function in the Springwoods room and couldn't have been happier. It was for a high school reunion which meant we were all able to order and pay for our own meals and drinks as we went. The drinks range available was really reasonable and still yummy (these days so many places only sell cheap wine, this was nice to have a good mid-range too) food was perfect pub food and I loved we could easily play our own music over the sound system. There were tables for sitting and standing, couches, stage and a dancefloor. Plus bathrooms just for the event space. Couldn't have asked for a better venue for our event. The function team and on-site staff were fantastic 👌🏼

Your bar staff really need to have a think if they really like working in hospitality.. I realise they r working late hours and dealing with intoxicated people sometimes but that is the line of work you/they decided to do… the way one of them spoke to me over the size of the glass I wanted my drink in was disgusting… the freaking size of my glass forgodsake!!!!! N then to shove 2 glasses in my face and yell choose… I wanted to throw the glasses at him!!! N I wasn’t even intoxicated!!!! How would u like if ur mother was spoken to like that!!!! Because u r old for me to be ur mother!!!!! Patrons go to ur venue to have a nice night to see the band and have a few drinks with friends it would be really nice not to be abused over the size of glass I like my drink in when I had the glass in my hand that I had already drank, held it up showing him while ordering my drink!!!!!! He then tipped the vodka down the sink instead of just tipping it into the 2 glasses of the size I did want in his anger!!!! Don’t go out to be treated like that and spend my hard earned money at a venue that has staff that treat people that way!!!!!

I didn’t stay here, I only came for a drink but it was fun. Smelled a bit strange but the people were friendly and the wine was good and affordable. Location is a bit hidden but nice little spot.
