I’m a long time G&G customer previously ordering from Colin’s St before Port opened. The quality control on your production line really needs a review - I order the same three tacos at least 2-3 times per week. Each time is a different experience.. today’s delivery just has a sauce slapped over the top of the tacos like the bottle lid came off mid squeeze, the entire bottle was dumped on them ruining the meal. Never had this issue ordering from Colin’s St.
Hoping you improve the consistency and quality, when you do - I’ll happily change my rating.

I’m from Perth and a regular GYG customer. In my opinion, it’s the best Mexican option in the fast-food category. However, today I ordered from the North Melbourne location and had a very disappointing experience.
I paid for two jalapeño ketchups but received barely one-third of a single container — as you can clearly see in the photos. The chips were also undercooked, soggy, and cold. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had with GYG.

Ordered a large chicken burrito bowl and a pork burrito. Both had noticeably less meat — you can even see in the pic that the quantity looked quite small when opened. Tables weren’t clean, and even though it wasn’t busy in the afternoon, the condiments station was almost empty. Being a newly opened store, they really need to pick up their game.

Honest review, food wasn't too bad and service was okaygood to see they were busy with lots of customers, but the cleanliness could do better. My partner and I couldn't find a single table to sit down that didn't have left over food or hadn't been clean. Outside was the same. No dig at the business, food is so much enjoyable when you know you're sitting at a clean table. 🙂

Probably the best managed GYG in Melbourne. Food comes out hot and fresh. And they always fill the bowl up properly unlike other GYG’s.

Terrible service night manager throws customers food on the table comes off very rude and disrespectful, food is not up to proportion, tacos always half empty wether you order through uber eats or in person. Just always something to complain about.
