Have been going to yo-chi balaclava for a while now....Today, I went to grab a yo chi with my friend and met Harshita and Sachi who made the whole experience wonderful. Greeted us with the brightest smiles and warmest of welcomes. Makes me want to keep coming back after a stressful day for the comfortable ambience and amazing hospitality. 10/10 recommended 👌 💯

Acai was a bit unusual, but everything else tasted pretty much as expected. The toppings were pretty typical too, except for the chocolate chunk cookie cake (warm fudgy and absolutely delicious) and the rainbow cake (which didn’t have much flavour and didn’t contribute much in terms of texture).

I had an outstanding experience at Yochi thanks to Nick’s exceptional customer service! He greeted me with a warm smile, helped me choose the perfect combination of flavours, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Nick’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made the visit extra special — it’s rare to see someone so genuinely enthusiastic about creating a great customer experience. Definitely coming back.

love how many flavours of frozen yogurt there are to choose from! and such a variety of toppings too. i filled up my cup heavily but if you’re just wanting a light snack it won’t be too expensive. great customer service, lovely staff! 😊
