Would've given the place a solid 4 or 5 if one of the shifts didn't screw up my single order of a supercharged slider.
Apparently asking for extra sauce means they will soak the entire slider with the sauce then wrap it up using the same gloves they used to make it, spreading the sauce all on the wrapper and give it to the customer.
Seems like the new staffs on Sunday afternoon, 4 of Jan should improve, I expected better from them.

The food is ok, it's KFC. However the place is a dump. Bin is always full or overflowing, tables are never wiped down, Old packages left on tables, food bits and crumbs on every table. Sure it's a small store focusing on takeaway but some people like to sit at the tables. The operator must have zero pride in his franchise and it shows with the staff.

This sauce packet wrapper was inside my kebab. There was also no taboulli or lettuce. Just chicken and HEAPS of sauce. Really disappointed

The staff is just not so prepared, they keep on singing and talking while making an order. It was not at all busy and they were not prepared for just like 5 items. I don’t know what they are doing, seriously there was just mine order on the screen and they gave me in 20-25 minutes. A terrible experience, better to keep trained staff.

I bought a 10 wicked wings and I was disappointed it’s was missing 1 piece and I mostly got the bad part of the wing. Not happy with this. Not buying in that branch anymore.
