As an ex BR Franchisee I love the product, however this store is a crap representation of the brand. Very poor. Tried to go here 3 times as in the area, never opened. Google states 11am. Have been after lunch and afternoons. Lights on but doors locked. By the looks of the reviews it seems they have given up. No wonder there are none left in Melb.

we came at 9:45 and drove from clayton just to try their ice cream and someone was closing the store and wasn’t ready to serve. why the hell is the time 10:00 PM. change the timing if you can’t stay till 10. very bad experience

I visited this place around 7:30 PM on Mother’s Day, hoping to share a nice moment with my daughter. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered a cookies and cream milkshake, but what we got was basically just milk—watery and completely flavorless.
Even worse was the customer service. The Asian woman who was serving at the time was incredibly rude and dismissive when I politely expressed my concern. She showed no intention of addressing the issue and said, “That’s how I always make it.” I stayed calm, especially in front of my daughter, and simply asked for respectful treatment. I returned the shake, but received neither an apology nor any kind of compensation.
I didn’t allow my daughter to drink it, and I will definitely not be returning. The product was terrible, and the customer service was unacceptable—especially on a day meant to be special.

V rude, placing 2 scopes into a one scope cup and ice cream falling off and when requested got v rude. Bad experience with kids having to adjust to the sales lady demands.

My go-to ice cream place!! The flavours are sooo good and quite a variety. Only downside is that sometimes they are closed due to staff shortages so have to call them before we go. Also the lady at the counter always looks like she doesn’t want to work there lol.
