Yesterday 1st of January o stopped here to order some coffees and First I don't know if it was mistake of the barista or the girl that took my order but I asked for a long black and a large skinny mocca and when they call my order was only the mocca, ok the barista make my long black to fix the problem but the biggest issue was when my girlfriend take out the lid of the mocca and the cup was only 1/2 full! That is unbelievable!

Bought a lemongrass and ginger tea. They don’t serve infused tea, all you get is one of those cheap bags in a pot of boiling water.
The staff here cannot offer proper service, they struggle with pleasantries. None of the people who ordered in front of me had received decent customer service.
Some staff treat regulars differently from casual walk ins.
In my opinion it is an overhyped pompous place that brings no value to the area’s upper class decor.

The food was quite nice. Family was happy with taste and service. It was also a filling brunch. Presentation was quite descent aswell. Although the glass cups had lip marks on them and could be cleaner. Other than that it was a nice experience.

I just had the worst chicken and corn soup of the day in my life! They could have put some effort in making it edible. Just a thick gunk with corn and chicken pieces that was not even cut properly in cornstarch or whatever they have used to make it thick. I regret buying my lunch here today. Yuck 🤢

So bought 2 cakes from here paid 28$ for coming back home and seeing what I have been served was OFF. Literally off,as you can see from the pictures the cream inside the cake start bubbling and the smell was unbelievable. I wanted to take it back so badly but it was an hour drive so didn't bother.next time Laurent bakery anywhere???NO WAY.
And as a Professional chef, I will make an official complaint as this is a risk for people health.obviously whoever is in charge they have no idea of whatsoever about health and safety.definetely council needs to visit this place and it will be the first thing I will do on Monday.
