BP is a very enjoyable place to go to. They have the most obscure yet fascinating drinks and lollies which I have never seen in any other servo before. The cashier was also really nice as she told me that I could swap my damaged packet of gobstoppers with a new one, it wasn't even that badly damaged, but I guess she wanted the customers to be happy. Love to walk down to bp and to see what things they have in stock

Your staff named as Kiran, very rude behaviour, I ordered medium coffee and paid for it and right after paying i asked him to change it to large. He asked me to pay for the large again but not the difference. And then after 10 minutes pf waiting, he gave me the wrong coffee I ordered Mocha and he gave me Latte. It happend on 9August. time 10:30am. I request the manager to please guide them through.

It's very difficult for night shift workers to find a toilet so we are reliant on service stations however upon coming in I noticed the toilets were shut. I was told to go next door to KFC but obviously they are shut at midnight. Since toilet availability times are not specified on google you would think the toilets are open. Please make an exemption for night workers.

I have noticed when I go into the store of late it is always so clean, neat and tidy.
I have observed them filling the drinks and they fill behind which is excellent. Staff are really friendly. I am sure they will continue to maintain this standard.👍👍
