This is a very bad experience from Kesari Manor Lakes restaurant. This is now the 4th or 5th time that we ordered Paneer 65 Biryani and found chicken pieces in it. We had complained earlier as well, but every time they just give a discount. That is not a solution. People like us don’t eat chicken. My husband usually avoids it on Sundays and Thursdays, but this time things went too far. We ordered Paneer 65 Biryani on Sunday, and it was also during Navratri. While eating, within 1–3 spoons, we found a piece of chicken in the biryani. This is unacceptable. This has already happened 3–4 times before, and we have complained, but after that they should have been more careful. A mistake can happen once, maybe twice—but this is the 5th time. This clearly shows they don’t care. They should understand that many customers are strictly vegetarian. Especially during Navratri, being an Indian restaurant, they should know most people do not eat chicken. This is disrespectful and deeply hurtful to our faith and beliefs. We went to bed hungry because of this, and the emotional hurt was something else entirely. Accidentally putting a piece of chicken in the mouth for someone vegetarian is extremely distressing. The staff also do not seem to care, which makes it worse. This is a very, very bad experience. There seems to be no improvement, no hygiene, and no responsibility. A vegetarian order should be strictly vegetarian—this is the minimum respect a restaurant should have for its customers.

It looks like this garlic naan didn’t turn out quite right 😅 — the surface appears unevenly cooked with some burnt spots and dry patches, and the texture looks a bit stiff instead of soft and fluffy. The garlic and herbs also seem unevenly spread, making it look less appetizing overall. It’s missing that buttery shine and slightly golden-brown, crisp-yet-soft texture a good garlic naan usually has.

Ordered butter naan. Not fresh. Not cooked properly. Tastes raw. Bad experience . Charged $4.50 each for these ..

If you’re a butter chicken lover like me, I strongly reccomend you not order from here! There’s nothing buttery about this dish, it’s too spicy and tangy, not your usual mild and hint of buttery sweet! It’s gross and to have paid that much money for it is definitely a WASTE! Never ordering from here again! Copy and paste to google review!

Overall experience at Kesari Manor Lakes for me is above average. I have visited multiple times and also ordered online as I stay nearby. A few points to note : - There are issues with all types of biryani they offer. Previous bad reviews also mostly talk about issues people had with biryani. Hence avoid biryani until there is any improvement. - I never had any issues with the staff. They are polite and offer good service. - A few chicken dishes are way too spicy and full of masala. E.g Chicken kolhapuri. I will say avoid. - Veg dishes are good.
