I've tried both their lunch and their dinner menus. The dinner menu is good. Delicious food friendly staff and everything came out in decent time. Atmosphere is great and toilets are clean.
Unfortunately, this review focuses on their lunch, the yum cha.
I frequent yum cha restaurants, so when my family decided to try this one we have quite a high bar. Usually for this type of restaurant people come out with the food on carts and they offer it to you.
Unfortunately for this restaurant, some of the carts never passed our table. This meant that while we got to have some of our favourite dishes, there were many that were missing. I never even saw the siu mai, custard buns, egg tarts, chicken feet, black bean ribs, and many more.
My family ended up ordering nine dim sum dishes but we could have easily ordered another six more.
My overall review is that it's worth coming for dinner but don't come for lunch until they have figured out their service issues. Waiters need a clear path of travel so that every customer gets offered the same amount of food.
Unfortunately I left a little hungry when usually with yum cha, I'm stuffed and satisfied.

Came here for lunch with the family. There 5 of us having yum cha on a Sunday afternoon.
The food was good and we definitely enjoyed the selection of food. Everything was tasty and well portioned. I personally really enjoyed the chive dumpling, piggy custard bun and custard tart.
The biggest let down was the service. The carts took random paths and some food never came past our table. There was only one trolley worker who noticed we didn't order much food and we told her about the issue, she helped us grab a few plates of food, so we tipped her directly, which then solved the problem, she came by more frequently asked what we wanted and went out of her way to get it for us. Worst part is, all the food she grabbed for us never came past our table, which just shows how bad the problem was.
The restaurant and amenities were clean and well laid out. There is sufficient room for you to sit and enjoy your lunch.
It just a big let down that there are insufficient trolley pushers during the busier lunch hours. Yum cha is highly dependent on frequency of trollies coming past. It was such a disappointment at the start of our lunch session, but all ended well after we tipped probably the more attentive worker there.

Had heard lots about the new and improved China bar, however, was overall let down by the service.
Starting off with food, it was your very typical dishes at a Chinese Yum Cha restaurant with steamed buns, 🥟 dumplings and tea. Nothing that was spectacular which sets them apart from other places.
Unfortunately, service was quite atrocious. The workers with trolleys did not have a set walking path and had a tendency to walk past tables ignoring us. There seemed to be lots of "friends" of workers who were taking advantage of the service and taking all the food for themselves. We had to flag down workers to get hot water for us for our tea and let them know we didn't have food for 10 minutes. Luckily, we had one server who was kind enough to help us grab food and really improve our experience or else this service score would be 1 star only.
Atmosphere was alright, very typical hustle and bustle but similar to my original comment, nothing special inside. They seemed INCREDIBLY busy and weren't able to keep up with the influx of customers. Setting my rating at a 3 as I want to accommodate for this fact but will be happy to try it one more time to see if anything has changed.

Just visited this restaurant after their renovation, and I’m absolutely impressed! The new decor is fantastic—bright, modern, and really creates a cozy atmosphere that makes dining here such a pleasure.
Location-wise, it’s super easy to find, with clear signage and convenient access, which is a huge plus when you’re meeting up with a group.
The service was top-notch too. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to our needs, making us feel well taken care of from start to finish.
Now, the food—wow! All the seafood was incredibly fresh, you could really taste the quality in every bite. Every dish we ordered was delicious, with great flavors and perfect seasoning.
This place is definitely a gem for gatherings with family or friends. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a wonderful setting! 5 stars without a doubt.

I SPENT $600 HERE AND IT WAS NOT THAT TASTY NOR WORTH IT
In summary, not worth coming here. You can go to Imperial Chinese restaurant for yum Cha instead maybe.
Recommend
✅ durian pudding
✅ mango mochi (mochi was very soft and nice)
✅ fried prawn square thing (sorry I don’t know how to describe it better). But I’ve circled it in green in last photo!!!
✅ 流沙包 the golden oozing bun
✅ egg tart
✅ lobster noodle
Average:
- the 韭菜饺子 Chinese chive dumpling
- 叉烧包 bbq pork bun
- tbh a lot of the stuff was just average besides the ones I specifically recommended or didn’t recommend.
DO NOT GET
❌ the rainbow colour dumplings
❌ 肠粉 (the white skin with prawn inside). It was SO bad
Lots of free parking though which is nice.
