I had a really bad experience with several McSmart meals this afternoon for me and my sons. Not long after eating it, I started feeling sick, which completely ruined my day. The food didn’t taste fresh, and the quality was far below what I expected. A meal should never leave someone feeling unwell. I won’t be ordering this again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Today i paid almost $7 for this McChicken burger and I am very disappointed with what I received. As shown in the attached photo, the burger had only a tiny amount of rotten lettuce and uneven sauce coverage. It did not resemble the quality or quantity shown in your advertising, and certainly didn’t feel worth the price I paid.

Final update: Head office called and sent me vouchers they apologised and agreed that my experience was unacceptable. Update: This complaint is still not sorted. I visited this McDonald’s on 11/09/24 around 1:43pm and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal (with small onion, no pickles) and a McChicken meal, both requested fresh. After waiting 10 minutes, the fries weren’t fresh, and the Quarter Pounder was overcooked, dry, with no onion, and condiments placed incorrectly under the cheese. When I asked for it to be remade, the new burger was still overcooked, had pickles, and an excessive amount of onion. I honestly feel the excessive onion was a reaction to my complaint. The manager even checked the burger and said it was fine, which was shocking. As a former McDonald’s manager, this was way below standard. After checking the reviews, it’s clear that this location has a reputation for bad service. I have contacted head office regarding the experience. I will not be returning. (See both burgers in photos)

My partner and I ordered a meal for two which includes 2 big burgers, 2 small burgers, 2 medium fries and 2 medium drinks, but my partner upgraded to a large drink aswell as a 10 pack of nuggets. We only received our burgers and drinks, but the drinks were swapped over so my medium drink had my partners coke zero and my partner had my vanilla coke in his large. When your packing an order how on earth do you miss the god damn chips for crying out loud anyways that’s the main part. Such a huge mistake and it just takes away from the whole meal not having the chips 😭😭 come on now just put the fries in the bag fr that’s ur job is it not ?? get to it xx

Google Parent Tip

Had to visit due to the bad reviews online. Went through drive through and he was pleasant and took all our orders with the kids, no errors. Although we were missing one nugget from our 20 pack. Didn't wait long, food was hot, even remembered no onions or pickles on one of the burgers Jammy time :)

Family Friendly
