Definitely used to be the best burgers, but last 2 meals, the patties were so dry - tasted and looked like they were cooked the day before, or left under the heat lamps for ages. A pity!

I am extremely upset and disappointed. I specifically ordered vegetarian burgers, but Hungry Jack’s gave me beef burgers instead. This is very disrespectful to my religious beliefs and completely unacceptable. I have never had such an experience before, and it has caused me great distress. Please train your staff properly to handle vegetarian and religious food preferences carefully.

Pleasantly surprised and very happy after deciding to dine in at Altona meadows Hungary Jacks. The restaurant dining room was clean, the space is open and not cluttered. The staff are very tentative and polite. They offered valuable information when asked about their menu. The food was excellent. Fresh crunchy chips cooked to perfection salted well. Burgers put together well with ample sauce. Thank you Hungry Jacks 😋

They make you wait in the waiting bay when it is not busy and wait and wait and then bring the wrong order. We ordered chicken tenders and got onion rings. Time to stop being lazy on Fridays and make proper food rather than paying for overpriced cold, old food.

Absolutely THE WORST!! EVERY SINGLE TIME.. no word of lie, my kids get this as a treat on a Friday, something is missing from the order… sometimes whole burger, the nuggets from a nugget meal, they ALWAYS forget the sauce … I’ve complained, spoken to management but get told.. we are not robots.. we make mistakes.. yes this would be excusable if it wasn’t EVERY SINGLW WEEK. Do better, train your staff, give them goals to achieve so they are proud of their work.. it’s got to be a joke you are playing on your customers
