Dear BP Head Office,
I’m writing to report a disappointing customer service experience at your BP Keilor Park station this evening.
I arrived at 6:48 PM 23 October 2025 to refuel LPG. After waiting and waving at the counter attendant for about five minutes, I was finally told there was no LPG available. There were no signs displayed outside to indicate this.
When I went inside and politely suggested that the station should put up a “No LPG” sign to avoid inconvenience to other customers, the counter lady responded with a rude and dismissive “thank you”, in a tone that clearly implied I should just leave.
This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable for a BP service station. It reflects poorly on the brand and shows a lack of basic customer respect. After checking Google reviews, I noticed multiple similar complaints about the same staff member’s attitude, which suggests this is not an isolated incident.
Please investigate this matter and ensure appropriate customer service training or disciplinary action is taken. I’ve always preferred BP, but after tonight’s experience, I will seriously reconsider visiting your stations again unless service improves.

The curly hair middle-aged lady counter staff was the rudest I have ever encountered in any BP sites. Have no manner, have racial attitudes and kind of bully! Will never be on that site again.

One of the most dirtiest car washes around the area. Your car gets dirtier when using these car wash bays. Had to wait for guy to wash his car with his own bucket and sponge. Mud everywhere, and the on-site attendant should be prioritising what is important instead of looking busy whilst doing nothing…

Tried filling up and it seems the counter staff didn't want to unlock the pump for me, I was standing like a fool for five minutes waiting to get petrol all whilst the counter staff was lost in their own world. Drove 200m down the street to Shell and was in and out in no time. Won't be coming to this one again.
