My first time being in this area, I thought to stop for a coffee, before I pick up a delivery. I must say, I’m very impressed a this McDonald’s Restaurant, First impressions -pretty clean, even the windows upon entry & the doors free from build up of fingerprints , the tables pretty much clean as well. the service was nice. Gave them a compliment and advised of what I liked about the McDonald’s. With the music & atmosphere being very funky, going with happy vibes.. You don’t get very many clean McDonald’s Restaurants to be honest.. Even though I only come in for coffees, it makes a big difference…well done.

We absolutely love Macca’s budget-friendly soft serves. They’re silky, rich and most of the time not too sweet for our taste. We find this store’s soft serves tastier than those at the other store down the road. The counter staff are always friendly and quick.

So glad I paid almost $50 to get this mess with BBQ Sauce all over everything, squashed food, no napkins and missing syrup / butter for the hotcakes.
Not even blaming the staff - Maccas, you need to pay your staff enough to ensure quality of service. You're such a rip off now and taking advantage of young people.
This just reiterates why I haven't bought any for the past year.

I came in around 9pm and was immediately greeted with great customer service. The manager on shift, Summer, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was incredibly helpful when it came to replacing my order and handled everything with a friendly and professional attitude. The way she interacted with me made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. On top of that, the food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and thoughtful, especially so late in the evening. Thanks to Summer and the team, I left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back.

Im so disappointed with this branch, I tried booking my preps bday party here and I didn’t hear back from anyone when I put my details through online. So I went into store and Kim wasn’t in who covers the parties, so I contacted her regarding the bday booking and I heard nothing back her, left a voice mail as a back up.
Then 2 days before my daughters bday I hear back from her confirming our booking for the birthday but it’s too late to hand out invites to her class friends etc. would love yous to tighten up on that process!
