We placed our order at 7:31 PM, and it was immediately accepted by the store. The app indicated that delivery would be between 7:55 and 8:10 PM. However, by 8:25 PM, we still hadn’t received anything.
We contacted delivery support, but they kept insisting that Domino’s handles their own deliveries. We then tried calling the store, but no one answered.
Eventually, we checked outside and found our order left at the door — in the rain.
It would be appreciated if the app could at least provide real-time updates to avoid situations like this.

Best Fast Food Pizza in the area! Been purchasing from this pizza store for a long time now. Great variety and portions of pizza toppings.
Only negative was they could improve on the sides as it lacked flavour. +When I ordered car park pick-up, they didn't give me a warning it was already ready in store and that I had to personally pick it up, so I ended up waiting in the car for 15mins for nothing.

All pizza had no sauce . Call the branch and was placed on hold for rectification. The call hung up, called again for the delivery man to pick up, and said no one was in store except for him. Was just talking to them 10 second ago but now no one's there?

Worst place to order from. You order delivery and they don’t bring your stuff but tell the Uber driver ( even though you ordered online from them) that they didn’t have the item but didn’t think to call or ask to swap item or refund me for the items either.
Then when trying to call they don’t answer!!
Terrible service.
UPDATE: called again and finally got an answer, who a rude lady who advised yep she knew and do the order and said nothing that they can do. Advise she can get manager to call me the next day but wouldn’t provide me with her name to be able to let the manager know who I spoke with. She then when I asked if I can have the details of who will be calling me “ omg” and then hung the phone up.
That’s putrid customer service.

Delivered but driver did not ring or knock. Was waiting until I finally called. Food was cold and the excuses pathetic. Goodbye Domino's St Albans. No more money for you.
