I’ve been playing here since COVID and organized social sessions for nearly two years, so this feedback comes from long-term experience. Unfortunately, the customer service is very poor. Once, when my group was about 15 minutes late, I received a rude WhatsApp message from the owner demanding full payment for four courts - can provide screenshot, which I paid the next day. There was also a young receptionist widely known among customers for being unfriendly and unhelpful—if you asked a question more than once, she often wouldn’t respond, making customers feel unwelcome. Staff have also wrongly accused the children in my group of leaving rubbish that wasn’t ours. The most disappointing incident was when I called to ask a question and, because the new receptionist was unsure, I said I would ask another staff member; the manager later approached me during play and implied I should be more polite, even though I had not been rude. That was the final reason I cancelled my socials with them. Many other organizers share the same concerns. The courts (including the concrete flooring) are not ideal, but the main issue is customer service. The centre is now noticeably quiet, even on weekends, which speaks for itself.

Knox indoor sports is awesome
A solid choice for both recreational and competitive badminton, offering a safe, social, and enjoyable environment. With timely bookings and care in choosing play hours, it’s an excellent venue for regular games.
The lighting is bright and evenly distributed across all courts, with no glare that could disrupt play. The nets and poles are sturdy, and the court markings are clear. I also appreciated the good ventilation — even during intense rallies, the air felt fresh and comfortable.
Booking is easy via phone, and the staff are friendly and quick to assist. There’s also ample seating for players waiting for their turn, and lockers for storing personal items.
Whether you’re a casual player or training seriously, this venue is perfect for all levels. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to fellow badminton lovers!

Amazing place, and amazing service, Only Issue i have is , that it is always booked.
I really like the courts and the ambiance and people are very respectful of the time as well. Which in a few places is not the case.
I have been playing here for a year. I am a regular with 2 different groups on two different days and enjoy it thoroughly.

Thanks to Inflatable World, I now have to verify if my 23-month-old is part Russian gymnast. With a better cafe we'd have a 5-Star venue on our hands here but definitely worth a visit.
