I had an excellent experience at this KFC. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotlessly clean and well organised, which instantly made a great impression. The service was also extremely fast, even during a busy period, and my order was accurate and fresh.
I spoke to a lovely staff member named Georgia, who really stood out. I’ve seen her working there multiple times before, and every time she is constantly on the move, cleaning, helping customers, taking orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly. She never seems to stop and always maintains a friendly, positive attitude.
Georgia provided exceptional customer service, she was polite, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure customers were happy. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and is a huge asset to the store.
Overall, this KFC consistently delivers fast service, a clean environment, and outstanding staff. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

This KFC is my local KFC, but I’m now switching to the Croydon one. After now 3 orders wrong from this KFC, I’m over it. Now, I try to be reasonable and just fix it and get it refunded through Uber, but my burger was completely unable to be fixed at home myself because it was seeping with pepper mayo (which I asked to be removed, alongside lettuce and bacon). This was my last straw. I’ve seen countless reviews of the same issue; if this is a consistent issue, maybe work on finding out why! If you can’t get your staff to accurately look at the order for a burger and make it correctly, then I fear for them in the real world.

Unfortunately this is the closest KFC to my home otherwise I would not go there.
It seems that it might be worthwhile training the staff to put salt on the chips and hand out serviettes with drive through meals.
Staff doing the bare minimum does not lead to favourable reviews!

came in today and ordered off the machine myself, the order wasn’t fully processing although the money got taken out of my account, i went to tell staff they pretty much just laughed in my face and i sat back down thinking they where gona sort it out and keep me updated but didn’t. i had to go back to the counter and asked if they sorted it. they continued to laugh and said the money will bounce back in a couple days. so didn’t help at all.they just walked off straight after that. had to re order my order and pay for it again. they where overall reallly rude and had a bad attitude. i walked off after i got my food and they said “yep no worries have a nice day” being smart and laughed with the co workers.
the worst most terrible kfc i’ve EVER been to and need new staff. hopeless. would give -0 stars if i could.
