“Ordered a mocha and a cheese toast without ham via the drive-thru. After reaching home, we noticed ham in the toast. We returned to the store, and they replaced it. However, the response could have been a bit more polite and helpful. Overall, it was a small inconvenience that could be avoided with more attention to the order.”

Ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins which the muffin parts came burnt and dry as a sand dune. This place consistently makes mistakes and poorly executes the food. It’s basically McDonalds casino with what you will get and most of the time you leave with regret.
One time I was served undercooked burgers, yes raw patties. They are sociopathic enough not to take accountability and at minimum give a refund.
This place inspires me to move suburbs, to ensure this is not my local Maccas.
Head office must be making so much bank from this place that they don’t care what the franchise does. It’s almost like workers do the opposite of following the procedure manual.

The fanta tasted like water with drops of orange, no sweet. Then I asked for a cheese burger with only the patty, cheese and ketchup but they game me cheese, pickles and mustard without the meat. The ice cream just tasted like cold cream and no sweetness.

Finally a McDonald's that doesn't get ur order wrong and the burgers are juicy and fresh. Unlike the Coburg and Epping restaurants this one is 10/10. Keep up the great work. I will be back.

I ordered 50 choc custard pie, the staff told me 15 minutes, after 15 minutes, she said sorry 10 more minutes and after 10 minutes more, she said again 10 more minutes? And after 45 minutes, I’m still waiting and I don’t know how long I need to wait? If they busy, they can ask customers waiting about 1 hours or not. 😡😡
