Went to the drive through about 9pm on a Friday night. There was cars backed up waiting to get to the order box. So parked the car instead. The service was rather lacking and slow. Im not sure what was going on, and the eating area was a disgrace.

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. The staff were inattentive and seemed uninterested in helping customers. I had to repeat my order several times before it was taken correctly, and there was no courtesy or friendliness shown throughout the interaction. The service was slow despite there not being many customers, and my order was handed over without even a simple “thank you.” McDonald’s is known for consistency, but this location fell far short of expectations.

Tried to order the limited glazed McWings today around 3pm, the kid at the speaker said they don’t do it but I was clearly looking at it on the display menu. Went to the window for us to tell us that the frozen coke machine no longer works. Cheeseburger was nice, but staff seem like hesitant to ask for help.

Went in to get something to eat and walked out as it was so filthy! I was disgusted and did not trust that the kitchen would be clean either.

Check out these bins, mate! Second time in a row coming here and they've been like this. It's not like an employee hasn't seen this, they're right out in the open. Got here late evening it probably took the whole day to fill the bin up this much!! Nobody seems to care. What's more I ordered three coffee lattes and the cashier confirmed this but he forgot one!!! To be honest I suspect he couldn't understand English properly because it was hard to communicate. There was also an ad poster near the cashier that had been ripped off and customers trampled upon it as they ordered, and I pointed it out to a staff member and she rolled her eyes. Simply not good enough. Disgusting experience. I hope the manager sees this review. First time I give grace ,not leaving such a critical review but c'mon it still hasn't improved one bit! Clean it up!, get staff who respect customers and not just see them as another burden to deal with!!!! I'm disappointed.
