This is a really good and clean place to stop by. The atmosphere feels fresh, and even the restrooms are kept very clean, which shows they take care of the place. When I ordered, it was a busy time so I had to wait a bit, but it’s understandable because many people were coming in. Overall, a pleasant experience and worth the visit.

It's one of the better kfc's. I ate half my chips and I realised there wasn't enough salt on them so I took them back and asked the staff member to put a bit more salt on them. He instead threw them away and gave me 2 large chips well seasoned and the boxes were chock-a-block full of hot, freshly cooked chips. That equates to very good customer service. The store was modern and clean. The chicken was delicious, although I felt that the chicken pieces were smaller than they should be.

Absolutely unacceptable. We were served BURNT chicken that was clearly re-heated and not freshly cooked. The outside was charred and the inside was dry, rubbery, and disgusting. Paying for food like this is outrageous, it’s KFC, not a landfill. If this is how you treat your customers, you shouldn’t even be operating.
Shame on the staff and management for letting this leave the kitchen. Never coming back, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay away.

Ordered a double BBQ burger but received a regular ham burger, even though the label said BBQ. We only noticed after driving 30 minutes home and had to drive back. The manager, Layla, was rude and unapologetic. This store has made similar mistakes before. Very disappointing service.

Ordered chips and chicken at around 9:30 PM today 8/11 on sunshine branch via drive thru. Chicken pops where fine though The chips were extremely salty!!! It's uneatable🤮
