I've previously had great experiences with Guzman y Gomez restaurants but I had a very poor experience with food delivery from this restaurant.
I ordered additional items on tacos which were not included (onions) as well as basic items that come with the meal already we're missing (lettuce & salsa).
I selected spicy as my option and it was haphazardly throw onto the already made tortillas, so the outside of my tortillas had some, very sparingly splotches of spicy sauce on it. I got chicken, beef and port and the pork tortilla had 2-3 tiny pieces of meat. Not worth the money at all.
Drinks also came warm, we're not taken out of a fridge.

Editing my review after repeated bad service.
I ordered vegetarian tacos and found beef pieces in them. I immediately threw away all three tacos — if one had it, who knows about the rest? This is unacceptable.
I called the restaurant, sent the picture they asked for, and then received no response. Customer service was no help either.
Offering a $12 credit is not the solution — my vegetarian taco order was $15.80, not $12. You calculated the credit based on beef tacos, which I never ordered. Customer service should at least know the correct pricing.
I don’t need credit — I need good food and correct orders. Mistakes can happen, but they must be properly fixed and prevented next time. Staff and customer service both need better training.
Very disappointing experience at the Burnside store.

This is one of my favorite dining spots at night, and it’s open 24 hours near my location. I’ve visited many times, mostly through the drive‑thru, and I always order the spicy chicken nacho fries — they’re my favorite! If anyone asks me for a suggestion on where to go, I’d blindly recommend this place without even looking at the menu. There’s also plenty of parking space available.

I ordered a hard shell taco through the drive-through and received a soft taco instead. This is the second time it has happened. When I asked about it previously, the staff were rude and said they don’t make hard tacos at breakfast—something they should mention when taking the order. Very disappointing service. Not ready to replace with hard tacos.

Best kabab shop in Melbourne you can come for. Stuffs are really good and respectful. Very clean inside and looks good. I will recommend to get kabab from here. Clean environment and cheap price too compared to all over Melbourne. And their portions are large too. If you don’t trust try some other too and you will know why I recommend this kabab shop. Loving it.
