McDonald's Deer Park

Food is usually cold and just bought 2 sundaes and this is what they looked like, there is more ice cream on soft serve. $9 wasted and never getting another cent from me. The server was in a rush and could not be bothered to serve a proper Sundae.

I’d like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit: • The toilet facilities were in poor condition, as shown in the attached pictures. • The shop front tiles were slippery, which is a safety concern. • There was a longer than expected wait time, likely due to poor staffing levels or insufficient staff training. • The chips were not crispy or tasty, which was disappointing. • On a positive note, the burger was good and met expectations. • Overall, the lack of cleanliness throughout the premises stood out as the most pressing issue and should be addressed as a priority.

worker dylan had excellent customer service skills and helped me get exactly what i wanted! wish his name tag was a little darker though as everyone deserves to recognise they’re being taken care of! good on dylan!

Okay, the whole team that just served me in a drive thru are exceptional. They dispatched myself and 5 cars ahead of me like we were nothing and shuffled us along. So much quicker than other places I have been 5/5
