There was no syrup on the 2 Biscoff storm we ordered plus the serving amount was only 3/4 of the cup. Disappointing. Also, there was no one calling us that the order is ready but we can saw it already at the counter and we were waiting for the staff to call us. I approached the staff after a few minutes of waiting if it is ready as it is already there and no one was attending to it. That was the only time it was given to us. Hope the staff checks what is being served and be more proactive.

I went to Hungry Jack’s around 7am and my order took about 30 minutes to be ready. During that time, I noticed staff were standing around chatting instead of focusing on serving customers. Breakfast is usually a busy time and people are often in a rush, so this was really disappointing. I hope management can address this and improve the service.

My daughter and I bought large meals. While we were washing them down with our drinks my daughter took the lid off to see how much was left. She immediately put it down and threw her entire meal up all over the ground next to her. When she stopped gagging and spitting out all the bits in her mouth, nose, and throat. She showed me her drink (large Sprite). Sitting at the bottom of the cup was a cockroach leg as plain as day. My daughter is autistic and has a phobia of creepy crawly bugs just like cockroachs. We went to the toilets to get cleaned up and refreshed a little. Cup in hand, we went to complain. The staff ummed and arred and after much insistence a refund was agreed to. A replacement meal voucher was requested, but refused by the manager. The best that was offered was a lousy drink. My daughter has been traumatized by the whole incident and will probably not go back for the drink or anything else for that matter. Even after explaining what happened the manager was so heartless and stingy that it made me feel sick. I certainly do not recommend this store.

Zara provided outstanding customer service!
I visited Hungry Jack’s early in the morning and was genuinely impressed by her kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. She was very understanding, friendly, and made the whole experience pleasant. Employees like Zara truly make a difference and represent the brand in the best way possible. Keep up the great work!
