I received a burger with the meat completely undercooked — it was bleeding and leaking a strange sauce. It was honestly disgusting. On top of that, the person handing out the orders kept putting their face inside the food bags and talking while practically spitting over everything. No gloves, no hair covering, and their pants looked extremely unprofessional and poorly adjusted.
Overall, nothing about this experience felt hygienic or acceptable.

Apparently this is what a large chips looks like …. a half full container. Nope none had fell out into the bag … this is what I received. How could the staff member not even know that the container wasn’ full? Worst part is I have a broken leg and got it delivered so can dispute it!

Ordered my big arch with no pickles, took one bite and found pickles in it and was taken back and after two mins my burger was given back with pickles pulled out and all meat patty and veg fallen apart. I could have done a better job if this is what you can do best to rectify it. Come on, have a little more respect for your customers please!

This maccas is the worst in the west.
Lines at dinner are super long, under staffed, lacking both motivation and energy. I waited for 25mins in line for my daughters happy meal to then get home and the 6 nuggets weren't even in the happy meal box. Not worth going back and waiting another 25mins for 6 nuggets. Do better Dermit road McDonalds.....!!!
