This place is disgusting. Bins are always full. Floor outside never gets cleaned, chewing gum and what look like chocolate shake stains everywhere. Combined with the overflowing bins, it's a terrific welcome. Inside has an equally disgusting level of cleanliness. Full bins, dirty tables and floors that have food caked on them, left there for a long time. This place would be lucky to be commercially cleaned annually at best judging from external and internal cleanliness levels.
Staff at restaurants don't want to help in cleaning a table if you wish to risk it and eat your meal in store. Worst service center for travelers I have experienced.
At the very least BP and each of the retailers should all chip in the money and get a few fulltime cleaners. Give some people a job and importantly, make your location a place worth travelers visiting instead of a disgusting unhygienic eyesore. Which, with close proximity to the internation Airport, may well be international travelers first impression of Australia as they travel onwards. Yuk

Appalling and a health hazard , the local council needs to get involved
Floors inside and outside filthy no cleaning done whatsoever . Was told by McDonalds staff , BP are responsible.
We had nowhere to sit , it was that bad, food and drink just left there, not one clean table inside or outside, Disgusting.
Didn’t dare use the toilets
This store has had this problem ongoing and still nothing is done about it, (looking at all the below reviews with a standard cut and paste answer)

Lots of pumps, really large servo. Very very busy. Maccas, KFC, Subway and coffee shop all here. Coffee seemed super expensive $14 for 2 large lattes but got a mini cookie with each one. The shop also expensive with the special multi buy on 2 standard chocolate bars being $5. Toilet facilities including seperate baby change room, truckers shower and disabled. Sit down eat area near food shops.

Absolutely putrid, Maccas bins over flowing
Dirty tables , sticky floor
Toilets walked and walked straight back out looks like they haven't been cleaned in days
BP staff did say they would go in and clean when I complained
Only part that looked clean in the whole place was the coffee shop friendly young lady , Great coffee and spotless work area
