I Love Food and I know Food.
Hey guys yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant again. I've been here few times before but this time I felt I should review it.
Well, I have tried few of their food items in the past which were good and this time I ordered Saag and Makki di roti.
I must say food was good, saag had bit of room for improvement taste wise as it felt bit blant.
However makki di roti was one of the best I've ever had in any restaurant.
Makki di roti was soft, cooked to perfection and stuffed onions in it just enhances the flavor.
The food came with salted lassi and even that too tasted great.
Ambiance wise staff needs to do a better job in keeping the resturant clean, upon entering the restaurant, the floor was dirty, leaves blown all the way to the counter, cutlery on the table was not clean either. So, I would request the owner to keep a note on these things.
Overall if you want to have a quick and good desi food on the go then you should try their food.

I recently bought Kaju Katli from this sweet shop and it was extremely disappointing. The taste was awful — nothing like authentic Kaju Katli. It felt stale and had no freshness at all. I would honestly give negative stars if possible. I strongly advise everyone not to buy anything from this shop. Totally not worth the money.

I will give them 0 star if i could , my brother bought sweet on rakhi , sweet is completely burnt out, disgusting taste .. I have distributed among all my family .None of our family member ate the sweets. So disappointed with their quality of the product. How could you serve such kind of sweets to the customers?? 😡😡😡

Sitting arrangements are available next door, but we were informed only after waiting for about 5–10 minutes, which could be better managed.
Food Taste:
Chole Bhature: 10/10 – Crispy bhature and yummy, flavorful chole!
Papdi Chaat: 11/10 – Absolutely perfect! Crunchy, tangy, and well-balanced.
Aloo Tikki: 2/10 – Very large tikkis that were hard to eat and not enjoyable.
Chilli Pakora: 4/10 – Average; could use more seasoning and better texture.
Tea: 8/10 – Nice and refreshing, great way to end the meal.
Service & Ambience:
Food is definitely recommended, but the staff is a put-off. There were no positive vibes — they seemed to be working and walking around with an attitude, which takes away from the otherwise good food experience.
Overall:
Amazing food (especially Papdi Chaat and Chole Bhature) but the staff attitude and service need improvement for a more welcoming experience.

I tried the Amritsari Kulcha and Aloo Paratha both were absolutely delicious! The kulcha was crispy and flavorful with perfect stuffing, and the paratha tasted just like authentic North Indian homemade food. Must try if you’re craving real Indian flavors. Highly recommend Gold Sweets
