Hello, I ordered this meal today on app, but unfortunately, the guacamole seems to have gone stale. It has a strong unpleasant smell and the color looks off, which makes it appear unsafe to eat. I am attaching a photo for your reference. Could you please look into this and advise ? Thank you for your understanding.

Maybe ive had this gyg too much but the pico the past month is genuinely inedible, it tastes expired and its all mushy. never use to be like that. And the lettuce tastes unwashed/expired. AND the chicken is so dry now. This whole past month idk whats been going on but their quality has declined like crazy. Ive given this store so much money ever since they opened but ngl todays the day it stops😭😭

Worst chicken borrito I have ever had! I thought everything is portioned. Yesterday I went through the drive through, ordered a chicken borrito meal with sour cream and guacamole. I cant believe I paid full proce for a rice borrito. I thought everything was supposed to have a measured portion? There was about (5 pieces without a joke) at the very bottom only. And the pieces was chewy never again

this has been my place of comfort for years. i love GYG and the pakenham store especially has always been so amazing. the staff are friendly and fun, and the pricing is really amazing for the amount of food that you get! thank you GYG for getting me through the hard times 🫡💗
