The banh mi here was incredible — honestly one of the best we’ve tried. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and both the crispy pork crackling and BBQ pork options were delicious. The pho wasn’t the best we’ve had, but still pretty good and comforting.
The shop is very clean and tidy, which makes the whole experience even better.
There’s usually a long queue during the lunch rush, which makes sense given how popular the place is. The service is very friendly, and even though it was my first visit, I noticed they greet many customers by name — that really says a lot about how well-loved this spot is.

I ordered a BBQ chicken banh mi. The bread was soft, chewy and crispy. It was a big serve and really filling with good amount of meat. It was extremely saucy and messy to eat (I'm glad I ate it at home and not in public lol). The staff are really friendly and will listen to customisations and double check with you whilst they are making it. Whilst there is usually a line, there are multiple staff making the food so it's not a long wait at all. It's $10.50 for a banh mi so definitely worth the money. Overall, excellent everything, would be back for a quick, good value lunch.

We pre-ordered 24 bánh mì (crispy pork, chicken snitzel, BBQ chicken and cold pork/ham), as well as 4 Vietnamese coffee. Came to pick up in the morning and it was all ready on time. Lots of good feedback especially for the crispy pork - loaded with juicy tender meat and the carrots deliciously pickled flavour. Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Cake from the Western suburbs for a local badminton tournament, very much enjoyed our breakfast.

One of the go-to spots for bánh mì! The portions are generous, prices are budget-friendly, and the taste never disappoints. One of my faves is the vermicelli with bbq chicken — seriously super yummy! There’s usually a line at lunch, but it moves fast since most people grab their food to go. Totally worth it!
