This evening we went through the drive-through with no cars behind us and only one other car in the car park and one car currently waiting in the designated waiting bay.
After 15 minutes, a staff member came out with someone else’s order and apologised for the wait. We let her know it wasn’t ours, the second car was parked in front of us.
About 5 minutes later she returned with our order and apologised again. While the wait was frustrating, we’ve both worked in hospitality before and were understanding.
Unfortunately, once we started driving we realised the chips were cold and soggy. We could overlook that, but when we got home the burger buns were extremely stale, so much so they were hard to the touch.
We usually have no issues with this Hungry Jack’s branch and have even travelled from Officer because it’s normally the best one around. That’s why this experience was especially disappointing.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of food we received today.

Definitely a different menu from Burger king. They have frozen coke which is not available in America. a spicy chicken sandwich. There is many other things like a Carolina double whopper. Taste better as well. It's pretty clean compared to Burger King as well.
Edit: I went thinking we would try the new grill masters and it would be nice. They gave us an old burger that was reheated and overcooked. Don't think I will be going back.

I’m vegetarian and ordered a plant based angry whopper meal and it came wrapped in the vegan whopper wrapping with ‘0% beef 100% whopper’ on it but when opening this up I found it was in fact a BEEF patty inside.
I had already taken a bite but luckily realised and spat it out. But honestly so pissed off and disappointed. Like unsure how they could wrap a clearly beef burger inside wrapping stating it is vegan which almost lead to someone accidentally beef.
Total waste of time and money attempting to buy dinner there tonight.

Constantly understaffed to the point where waiting times a ridiculously long and most of the staff are constantly rushing around and stressed where they forget things people have packed i constantly visit and have never seen such low staff it is becoming such a frequent thing that i dont think i will visit as it is always rushed aswell as how they cannot hire more workers as i constantly see the same people day after day out stressing due to constant orders and they can never get my orders correct even if i repeat them because they are rushing away to do other things which i cannot fathom how they cannot just bring in more people to make rush hour not as hard as it seems to be within this store. It cannot possibly take longer then 10 minutes to have orders ready.

Went through the drive through and got the bacon deluxe meal. Went home to take a nice bite and the bacon looks like it’s 6 hours old and has been pulled from under the countertop, plus the chips were cold. Quick delivery, not so good quality.
