I used to get takeaway chicken here all the time but they've become incredibly stingy with takeaway sauce. I always open the bag to find no sauce or 2-3 sachets for a whole chicken. That really ruins the experience so we naturally don't crave it much anymore.
Mindless strategy. Whatever money you're saving on sauce, you're losing 10x in revenue.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was honestly unacceptable. We ordered 1 whole chickens from Nando’s and both arrived completely cold, clearly not freshly cooked. The texture and taste made it obvious they had been sitting for a while before being served.
