TLDR: this is the spot you should come too. After a morning out enjoying the Valley as much as one can with 3 small kids, we realised food was needed for the grown ups too. Originally we were set on a sausage roll or pie but fortunately the bakery was closed so we chanced upon here as an alternative. "Fortunately" because this place really exceeded expectations. Food was delicious and quick, coffees were excellent and the staff were attentive without being overbearing, and even managed our request to move inside. Strongly recommend if youre in the area

We came here after reading the good reviews online. This restaurant does not disappoint. The Chilli scrambled eggs is divine, remember to ask for extra spicy if you want a good kick. The use of local ingredients in their burgers make this cafe a-to-come back place whenever we are in town. Thank you for a lovely brunch.

My daughter and I choose random local places to try....breakfast mostly. It was yesterday around 11:30am. Street parking limited but large parking area behind the venue up the driveway to the right. The place is an old bank with a cool old bank vault door. We elected to sit in the front room which was nice and quite but a little cold but again, we made that choice and could've sat further back in the venue. Young lady was polite and attentive. Coffee was lovely thank you. Lucky I asked for extra hot as always never is. Maybe a safety requirement? No biggy. Daughter asked for mango smoothy.....got a tasty enough banana flavoured one LOL. She was keen on eggs Benedict but they had no hollandaise. Gasp....how does one not have hollandaise....a cafe staple. Really disappointed as I love trying diff house made versions. That changed her order to simply poached eggs and bacon. One piece of toast and fat cut bacon which was fatty on the plate (as bacon is i spose, I'd have popped it in a second slice of toast). I too had to change my order because I) no hollandaise and ii) no smoked salmon. That to be fair was not on the menu but one didn't know that until arrival and generally always is on cafe menu. So be it - I had BLT. Think I got free fries which was a nice touch. BLT was fine but that fat bacon was dripping out as I ate. Short cut may achieve same flavour without the fat appearance? Dunno I'm not a chef. Overall ok. Probably won't return but that doesn't mean it's worth others avoiding as I see plenty good reviews other than the chap and his wife both posting poor reviews playing the race card and then trying to educate us all LOL. I don't like the emerging USA trend of companies passively seeking tips. The touch screen had my fee $53 and large buttons I could press adding 10% or 15% etc.

A lovely place to have a hearty brunch on a Saturday. The chilli scrambled egg was delicious and the wagyu burger was tender. Hope to visit this place again!
