Service and atmosphere is amazing, how ever I think they could up there game with the food they serve, still good for price performance but the venue deserves better quality. There ice cream was nice.

Absolutely appalling. Our iced coffees arrived quickly and were nice. However after waiting 1/2 an hour we asked where our wedges and hamburger were. Only to be told they were about to start them. They were not busy - only 2 other tables were occupied. The hamburger meat was grey and tasted dreadful. We were not impressed with the wedges. Never again. I refer to the response from the owner. We definitely have the correct cafe. They may not call it a “ hamburger “ but it was grey meat between a roll and covered in bright yellow - not sure what it was - cheese or sauce. Dreadful

Great little spot. We had scones jam and cream and they were amazing. Coffee was really nice as well.

We visited this cafe as part of a "Mystery Picnic" experience. Despite picking up the scones, our coffee never arrived even after a long wait, while tables behind us were served first. When I followed up, the older female barista treated me with extreme hostility, acting as if I were trying to scam them for free coffee just because they had lost the order slip. Instead of apologizing for their mistake or trying to resolve the issue, she kept snapping at me, asking "So what do you want?" in a very aggressive tone. It was incredibly demeaning to be treated like a liar in front of other customers, especially when the other staff member who took our order was standing right there looking confused. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. Truly ruined our picnic mood. (Edit: Response to the owner's appalling reply.) Your response confirms exactly why the service was so traumatic. Instead of taking responsibility for your team's hostility, you chose to gaslight and blame the customer. Being busy with 400 customers is a management issue, not an excuse to treat a paying guest with aggression. I was not the one lacking patience; I was the one being interrogated like a scammer over a mistake your team made by losing the docket. Telling a customer to "read the room" and "have more patience" after they were treated with demeaning hostility is peak unprofessionalism.

We dropped in for some morning tea a couple of weeks ago. Staff were friendly. The wedges were the best we had ever had. Also had a yummy Devonshire tea. Highly recommend.
