Loved this place because it’s so clean as show in the photos. This would be the best HJ ive been comparing how its clean to other HJ i have been to.
The staff that served me were very respectful and nice.
Someone actually came and took my order but she made our order again giving 2 free coffee voucher and extra fries to make up for it.

I love hungry jacks food but I think I’ll start making the longer drive to karingal. Every single time I come here especially through drive through I get parked and wait over 20 minutes for my orders.
“Fast food” yeah right…
And never a “sorry for the wait” just basically throw it through my window.

Twice in a row, ordered burgers with no sauce and no mayo. Twice in a row provided with both. Binned the burgers because I can't eat them. How hard can it be?

The service here is exceptional. Love myself a bargain and get coffee nearly every morning. Today app was down and I was servered by the lovely Joyce who took my order and explained sometimes on a Monday the app is out as it’s being updated. She provided the best service and was an absolute delight. Thank you Joyce.

Omgosh. The burgers were delivered cold and sloppy by the Ubereats driver (who was in training apparently, according to the Hungry Jacks staff member) the chips were all missing and the drinks were half full with ice. There was zero care factor by both the driver and the Hungry Jacks staff member. Absolutely appalling!
