Hands down the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen in my life, and that includes public toilets at train stations. There was literal fecal matter everywhere the toilet, the walls, the damn sink. It looked like someone detonated a biological weapon in there and the staff just pretended it didn’t exist.
This wasn’t a “bad day.” This was a full-blown health hazard. If a place can’t handle the basic task of cleaning human waste off surfaces, what confidence am I supposed to have in the hygiene of the kitchen or the food?
This is genuinely shocking for a major chain like McDonald’s. Whoever is running this store needs to take hygiene seriously because this was beyond unacceptable it was filthy, unsafe, and honestly embarrassing.

Went there for lunch yesterday. Never again, everything about this place was disgusting
Waited 30 minutes for food as the drive thru was very busy, so they were given priority over dining customers.
Food was cold, chips tasted stale hence why I did not eat them!
The place was plain old dirty
Floors had multiple spills around the place, tables were dirty
Glass doors , windows were filthy
Very very poor customer service all around.

We ordered the bacon and egg mcmuffins and it was so dry, they forgot the cheese and also found a piece of egg shell in the egg. Very disappointed!

Me and hubby ordered at the same time he got his food in 15 minutes we ordered chips with no salt was so cold the burger patty was burnt and cold cheese wasn't even on the bun I waited 30 mins to get my food all cold except the chicken nuggets no sauce, they leave all the chips to get cold thinking that pre cooking everything would make it easier, tge service, the food, and atmosphere were all cold, no apologies what so ever your lucky the chicken mc cheese was free on my app and they forgot that too when we walked in that store we were the only customers and I was served last I will never come here again!!

Please fix the gutters in the drive through. If you dont close your window between where you pay and recieve your order, you literally get soaked with water.
